Kyrgyzstan 2016 Conference, Seminars & Workshops – The Social Nature of Language, Teaching and Learning
The dates for the THT Kyrgyzstan 2016 Conference, Seminar & Workshop Series have been confirmed. We will conduct three separate events from September 7 – 15 in the capital Bishkek and the cities of Osh and Jalal-Abad.
The first event is a two-day (Sept. 8th – 9th) conference at Osh Pedagogical Institute of Humanities in the southern part of the country. This will be the third time that THT will be taking its seminars and workshops in Kyrgyzstan outside the capital.
We will then conduct a one-day seminar in Jalal-Abad (Sept. 10) for teachers who cannot travel to Osh.
After returning to Bishkek, we will again work with the Kyrgyzstan English Language Teachers’ Association (FORUM) for a one-day conference on September 13th. Following that, we will hold the Seventh Annual THT in Kyrgyzstan at Bishkek Humanities University from September 14th to 15th. On the last day of this conference, we will conduct a one-day lecture and workshop series for the Association of Japanese Language Teachers in Kyrgyzstan
